FAQ

"I want to cancel my order"

We do not accept cancellations. Please ensure you verify item(s) in your cart prior to finalizing your purchase.

 

"I received damaged, defective or Incorrect Item(s)."

Please immediately inspect your order upon reception. Should you receive any item(s) that is damaged, defective, or incorrect you must immediately send an email to support@youvsevrythng.com within 48 hours of delivery date, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to inspect and request an exchange due to reasons stated above. 

Be sure to include the following:

  1. Full name
  2. Original order number
  3. Email address used for the order
  4. Specific concern, e.g., damaged, defective or incorrect item/size
  5. Original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size.
  6. Attach picture of the item(s) showing the damage, defect or incorrect item(s) and or size.

    A response will be made within 1-2 business days for exchange approval along with instructions on where to send your package. We will notify you with final approval via email within 48 hours upon receipt and full inspection of the returned item(s). All item(s) must be brand new with tags. Item(s) must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Please note that we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your approved return.
